Returns & Order Cancellation Policy

Rhinestone Guy has a NO Return / No Exhange Policy.  Rhinestone Guy does not accept product returns simply because too much product was ordered, an item was ordered incorrectly or rejected due to dislike of its appearance, such as color, shape or size as an example.

 At our discretion and rare circumstances we may accept authorized returns.  Please do not send any products back to us without a Return Authorization (#RA). They will not be processed and will be refused / returned to you.

Order Cancellation: Order processing begins after you click the “Submit/Check Out” button, which means it is not possible to cancel your order. However, if you notice that there is a mistake in your order, please contact our Customer Service by phone as soon as possible, we may be able to correct the matter, provided the order has not shipped.

Return for an Exchange Only: We go to great length to ensure that your order is fulfilled as ordered with multiple checkpoints. In the rare and unlikely event of wrong product shipped, fulfillment mistakes, or a defective product we are committed to resolve the matter in a speedy way to minimize any inconvenience through an exchange. This is an extremely rare occurrence as we are confident in the quality of our products and our internal control procedures.

Fulfillment Mistakes: Prior to opening any packaged items, you must check your order against your receipt and notify us within 5 business days of receipt. Merchandise must be in its original packaging, unopened. Any damage, broken seals or package tampering will disqualify the return/exchange. Call our customer service with the details for return (RM#) and exchange procedures. 

Defects or Damaged Products:

Claims for damage that has occurred during transportation: We take great care in packaging the goods we ship so they arrive to you intact. You must inspect your package prior to opening it. If any damage has been sustained during transportation, caused by the carrier, please take photos of the package (all sides), write the details on the delivery note before signing it (if applicable), and then get in touch with Customer Service within 1 business day. Again, do NOT open the package until you contact us.

Claims for other type of damage/defect: If any other product damage or defect has occurred you need to file a product warranty claim. Please contact us and send us a detailed description of the defect in writing, and then send it by registered mail within 7 days of receipt of the defective merchandise. Otherwise the goods will be considered approved. Improper product use or application, product alterations or damage cause by normal wear and tear, negligence to follow proper recommended application procedures will not constitute a defective product. Be sure to read the product information and follow instructions carefully or you could find that consequent damage is excluded by the terms of the manufacturer’s warranty.

Return Authorization:  Should we issue a return authorization you must comply with all steps and procedures, otherwise, the return would be refused.
